Due to international transportation arrangements, it may take 3–5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, tracking information for the domestic transfer from the shipping warehouse to the international shipping center may not be available. Tracking updates will only appear once the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

1. Does ShaolinMart ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is charged at US$5.99 per order.
Certain products may be subject to different shipping fees due to their nature or shipping requirements. In such cases, the shipping cost displayed on the product page and at checkout shall prevail.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery destination. All applicable shipping charges will be shown before order confirmation.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

- Order Processing: 1-2 Business Days.
- Express Shipping Time (Fedex / DHL ): 6-8 Business Days.
- Standard Shipping Time: 7-10 Business Days.
Wrong Shipping Information
- If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
- Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information.
5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?

When the product is hand-made in ShaoLin Temple and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.
6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you do not receive your package within 60 days after shipment, please contact us at contact@shaolinmart.com
with your order number and tracking details.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate the package and determine the delivery status.
Once the investigation is completed, we will inform you of the result and advise on the next steps.
